Strong enough for the life you have.
Training built around your body, your week and what is actually going on with your back, your knees and your sleep. Forty five to sixty minutes, one to one, in a private studio.
45 to 60 minute sessions
Private studio, Worthing
Accountability included
How a session runs
Technique before load, every time
Resistance training using dumbbells, bands, a ball and your own bodyweight, with stretching built in rather than tacked on. Rep ranges change week to week, so the higher ones do the work cardio would. Kenny watches every repetition, which is the whole point of paying somebody to be in the room.
Lower back
Backs, and the people who have given up on them
Kenny was told he needed a spinal operation for degenerative disc disease. He dropped seventy pounds of body fat instead, strengthened what was weak, and never had the operation. He has studied lower back pain at Level 4 and a good part of his week is now people who arrived expecting to be told to stop training.

Training questions
How often should I come?
Most people get where they want to go on two or three sessions a week, and plenty make real progress on two. We will tell you what your goal actually needs rather than sell you more than it does.
Can I train with my partner or a friend?
Yes, and a lot of people do. Training with somebody else is often what makes it stick, particularly in the first couple of months.
I am over fifty. Is it too late?
No. Muscle loss with age is real and resistance training is the thing that answers it, which is why so much of Kenny's week is people in their forties, fifties and sixties. He is 58 himself.
What do I need to bring?
Something you can move in and a bottle of water. Everything else is here.
Do you do online coaching?
Ask us. Kenny has run online coaching with live workouts, weekly check ins and a private group, and whether it is running at the moment depends on numbers.
Ask the awkward question
Whatever it is you think disqualifies you, somebody has already asked it and trained anyway. Send a message and find out.
